They are perfectly normal and we all have them. However, not every person works through these feelings in the same way. Felix has a handful of feelings formulas to use in difficult situations and they can all be found in this new book by Kate Bartlein and Anita Barghigiani.⁣

In this story, Felix takes two things with him wherever he goes:⁣
1. Hank, a stuffed rat - this is a friend who is always there for Felix.⁣
2. Notebook of Feelings Formulas - these help Felix figure out how to cope with any new situations or challenges he might encounter throughout the day. And trust me, Felix has plenty of use for these formulas!⁣

Felix uses the Calm Down Cure after tripping and falling on a tree branch, the Courage Creator when it’s time to climb the rope in P.E., and the Self-Esteem Solution when he notices kids laughing at him.⁣

We are so excited about this new book from @aaronreynoldsbooks and @peterbrownstudio ! In this story, Jasper Rabbit is having a hard time at school.
