BACK TO SCHOOL WRITING CRAFTS
This resource includes all the templates and writing prompts you need to put together six different writing crafts. This allows you to mix and match the crafts so there is more variety, or change things up from year to year. Here’s a closer peek at these back to school writing crafts.
BOX OF CRAYONS CRAFT
Each craft includes writing templates. You can choose between handwriting lines or standard lines. Because these crafts can be made into booklets, students can add more than one writing page, if needed.

GUMBALL MACHINE CRAFT
Both options above show writing on the gumball machine. However, there is an option with gumballs in place that students can color, along with an empty gumball holder and printable gumballs to glue in place.
HOT AIR BALLOON CRAFT
For this craft, you can use ribbon, string, or yarn to attach the balloon to the basket. Or, you can simply glue the basket to the base of the balloon to make things easier. These balloons would look great when placed on a bulletin board or hanging from your classroom ceiling.
