About the Book
Written by: Aaron Reynolds
Illustrated by: Peter Brown

Jasper Rabbit is NOT a little bunny anymore. He’s not afraid of the dark, and he’s definitely not afraid of something as silly as underwear. But when the lights go out, suddenly his new big rabbit underwear glows in the dark. A ghoulish, greenish glow. If Jasper didn’t know any better he’d say his undies were a little, well, creepy. Jasper’s not scared obviously, he’s just done with creepy underwear. But after trying everything to get rid of them, they keep coming back!

Creepy Pair of Underwear Craft
This craft has been created to help students practice identifying story elements for Creepy Pair of Underwear in a fun and engaging way. Each pair of underwear has a heading written on it. After recording information from the text onto the underwear pages, students place them into the dresser for safekeeping. Students can empty the dresser, mix up the underwear, and review story elements over and over again.

This story elements craft includes the following templates:
- characters
- setting
- problem
- solution
- favorite part

There is also a blank template so you can add your own writing prompt to pair with the story.
As students complete each page, they can tuck them inside the dresser. As students practice retelling the story, they can use each pair of underwear to review each story element.
