Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening around us right now. It can help us feel calm and focused, and it can also help us make better choices. It’s important to practice mindfulness because it can help us be happier, kinder, and more aware of ourselves and others. Here are some of my favorite children’s books about mindfulness.
